French immersion in France

Drawing from my background in tourism and my current role as a French teacher in California, it's only natural for me to combine the two by offering immersion journey in my homecountry.

Immersion is undeniably the most effective method for discovering and mastering a foreign language.

A typical week

In our lessons, we'll prioritize engaging in as many conversations as possible, sharing meals, and exploring the region together.

What kind of teacher am I?

What kind of teacher am I? According to my students,I am patient, committed, dynamic and joyful.  For several years now, I've been happily teaching French in Santa Barbara, California. Seeing my students improving their skills in French language and  having fun in their learning, brings me immense satisfaction. Travelling is also on my favorite passions, I've resided in 7 different countries. I understand firsthand the importance of immersing oneself in a country to enhance language abilities. Welcoming foreign students feels also like travelling. I love hearing, sharing our lifestyle and learning more about different cultures.

Cooking is another passion of mine, and I'd be thrilled to introduce you to the exquisite dishes that French cuisine has to offer. Did you know that each region in France has its own specialties and, of course, cheeses? Well, Haute-Savoie has nothing to envy its neighbors; its specialties are out of this world

Your visit in Rhône -Alpes

I can not recommend enough the beautiful region of Rhône Alpes. Annecy area has always felt like a second home to me. I always knew I would end up settling here one day. I eagerly anticipate showing you around. Annecy and its surroundings offer a plethora of activities: exploring the charming old town, visiting picturesque villages like Chanaz, Yvoire, and Talloire, paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains, swimming in rivers and lakes, touring castles, sampling local wines, and even venturing further to explore Lyon, one of France's largest cities, renowned for its Bouchon Lyonnais.
